Would recommend for a brief pause
Beautifully decorated, excellent breakfast, with both a luxurious ambiance and friendly staff, particularly Tommy at Concierge and Ricardo at reception. The location is central, just a 5-minute walk from Covent Garden.
Not a single complaint.

Every stuff member was efficient and helpful. I had a grand room and it was spotless with super-king bed. A coffeemaker and refrigerators where provided.

My room included a laptop safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. The location for London was incredible and amazing, just next door to Covent Garden, the Royal Opera House and Knightsbridge. Covent Garden district was worth visiting.

The overall centrality of the location. The view from our room added a nice touch to our stay.
The noise from the street was disruptive during the night.

The hotel has a great vibe, and we could easily check out the Royal Opera House and the lively atmosphere around Covent Garden. The staff was super friendly, and the room was stylish. Just a heads up, the layout can be a little tricky to navigate at first, but you'll get used to it. Highly recommend staying here for a fun group trip!
